Belinda Bach started studying photography while a model herself.
It is because of her interest in people and telling a story with a picture
that she became particularly interested in photography. For this
reason, the studio prides itself on its portrait techniques.

We seek to satisfy the customer, but unlike most other studios, we offer
something a little different in terms of portraiture. Although we
are fully capable of taking standard portraits, and are happy to do so,
we offer a wide variety of props and photo effects (added either in processing
or added by use of lighting and filters) to create a portrait that is unique
and appealing, one that says something about you, our client.

In addition, we have no problem photographing you in costume, with props
you bring (or choose from our wide selection), and setting up what we call
“character shots”. Displayed on our
home page, Michael Branson’s portrait as a turn of the century gentleman and on the character page, Belinda Bach's self-portrait as a geisha, demonstrate our ability to capture a mood and style relative to your needs and wants. Both photos were taken using color reversal film, and have not been doctored in any
way digitally. The photos you see are processed exactly the way the
photo was taken.
